What is SBSA?
We are a one-stop shop concierge for all small businesses. We provide whatever a business wants. We surround ourselves with individuals that share the same business philosophy that we do. SBSA provides platinum, five star level of service.

How do I get involved?
Associate members are required to be sponsored by an existing SBSA member.
A brief biography is submitted to the SBSA advisory board for review. If accepted, an associate membership application is filled out and returned to the sponsor with a check for $115.00. ($100 for annual membership dues and a non-refundable $15.00 application fee) Upon review of the application by the SBSA Advisory Board and the proposed member's agreement to adhere to the service and ethical standards set forth by SBSA, the board will vote to accept of reject the candidate. The sponsoring member will inform the candidate of his acceptance or rejection.

How do I get referrals?
We have an established central call-in center as well as an informational website with a detailed "contact us" response form. Since SBSA members look at a client with a "holistic approach" to business solutions, opportunity for referrals is ever present. SBSA associate members will additionally have a presence on the SBSA website, "BusinessFirstClass.org".

What are my expectations?
Associate members are:
- Expected to adhere to the SBSA higher standards of service excellence and provide premium products and platinum, five star services to all clients.
- Required to respond to referrals in a timely manner (usually within 24 hours)
- To enhance and support the mission of SBSA.
- Strategic thinkers with a strong vision.
- Expected to attend SBSA sponsored functions such as occasional meet and greet mixers and semi-annual business meetings.

Once I am involved, do I remain a member as long as I pay my annual dues?
Individuals remain SBSA associate members as long as they continue to adhere to the high ethical and service standards set forth by SBSA and are timely in remitting annual dues.
As SBSA forms a relationship with an individual, not with a business, membership is not transferable.
